This erases what we hold about you. It happens immediately, it is not a request in a queue, and it cannot be undone.

This is permanent. Your books, characters, the messages you wrote and your delivery details are erased, along with the rendered images and print files. If you have a book you want to keep, order or save a copy first.

What gets erased

Your books and the pages in them, including every word you wrote.
Your characters and their names.
Your delivery details — name, address and phone number.
The rendered images and print-ready files of your books, which have your names and messages drawn into the pictures themselves.

What stays, and why

We keep a record that a sale happened — the date and amount, with every personal detail removed — because tax and accounting rules require a business to keep a record of its transactions. After erasure that record contains nothing that identifies you.

If a book is already printed or in transit, we cannot recall it. We will still erase everything on our side.

Your sign-in account

Your email address is held by our sign-in provider, Clerk, not in our own database. Erasing here removes everything on our side; to remove your email as well, delete your account from your account settings. Email elroumimarc@gmail.com if you would like us to walk you through it.
